Jess is the manager of our selling division, she’s our in-house estate agent expert, dealing with everything on both the buying and selling side of the property market. Jess now has over 10 years of experience in the property industry, she started in the rental sector but bridged the gap to sales several years ago.
As well as managing the sales team she is also extremely hands-on and is still heavily involved with marketing properties, arranging viewings, photography and floor plans, handling offers and closing deals. The most important part of her role though is overlooking the team and making sure every property is on track, making sure the sellers are reaching their completion timescales & buyers are actively keeping up with the process.

I’ve been in property for around 10 years now, and I started initially in the rental sector which was dealing primarily with benefit tenants, which had its fair share of interesting stories and challenges - it also managed to land me my first TV role, with a guest appearance on Britain’s Benefit Tenants! Although my TV career didn’t quite work out as planned, I’ve managed to find my way in the property industry and continue to grow my expertise ever since.
I’m part of The Property Selling Company division, a sister company of The Property Buying Company. Essentially my role is very similar to that of an Estate Agent, and I’m also responsible for managing the team. It’s my job to make sure everything is kept on track and we hit our customer's expected sale dates.
I’m a very outgoing and bubbly personality, I’ll always try to make you laugh and feel welcomed with every conversation that we have. I’ve always got some time for a good chat, or gossip, but when I will most importantly get down to work and ensure that your property is sold quickly, even if I have to think outside of the box.
I think it’s got to be becoming the manager of the department. I started in an Admin-based position and have since worked my way up through the years, which I’m really proud of.
Well if you’ve spoken to me, you’ll realise why this is - but the most challenging moment was when I had to do a challenge for charity at work and keep quiet for a whole day.
It’s a LOT harder than you think!
Probably, loud, loud and well, loud?
