My name is Raphael Kaye, I’m a Senior Property Consultant at The Property Buying Company, and my main role is to be here to help you with any property sale needs that you may have.
I’ve spent several years in the industry and I’m a lover of all things property, I still enjoy every day as it’s always different! Outside of that, I love my football and golf, in no particular order.
I’ve always had an interest in property, for as long as I can remember, even at school. I always spent my time on Rightmove, reading property magazines and my work experience placement was even at a property company.
After I graduated from University it just felt like the natural progression for me to straight away get involved in property – hence the role at The Property Buying Company, and I’ve loved every minute of it!
At The Property Buying Company my current role is a Senior Property Consultant. I’m your first point of contact when you enquire, and I’m here to listen to any questions you have about selling your property and if you need advice.
I’ll then look to explain our unique services, discuss your property in more idea, give you an idea of the value of your property and hopefully find out what we can achieve for you.
One of my biggest strengths I would like to think is that I’m a good listener, which is important in this role, as I need to really understand what you as the client want to achieve and guide you towards the property sale option that is most suited to that and meets your requirements.
My knowledge and experience in the industry allows me to offer you the assistance and guidance you may require, in any situation – I’ve seen, heard & dealt with it all!
It’s hard to name just one, I’ve had many scenarios in my current role that have made me especially proud! To pinpoint it, I would have to say it’s situations in which I managed to help someone sell quickly & move onto their dream home.
I’ve got to say a pretty tricky one was COVID-19, which obviously hit everyone hard and even though we’ve seen the property market rather buoyant recently, the initial few months proved challenging let alone having to work from home.
It was a whole new way of working, and was quite tricky within a team that has to work in a really collaborative way.
Outside of work, sports take up a lot of my time. Whether I’m on the golf course with my pals (even in winter!) or at Elland Road supporting Leeds United I like to keep myself busy even though both these hobbies tend to put me in a bad mood!
Friendly, knowledgeable, caring
