easyProperty offer a free valuation which can be booked online in just 3 steps. Alternatively they also offer a free instant online property valuation in just 2 steps, but you will have to part with your contact details for this, plus as it's an online valuation it will just be an estimate.

They offer a complete estate agent service; photography, floorplans, online adverts, sales progression and negotiations. You have an online dashboard to help control the sale of your home, but have the help of one of 180 Local Property Professionals.
