Amazon Terms & conditions

1.      By entering the prize draw, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

2.      The prize draw is being run by The Property Buying Company Ltd.

Eligibility to enter

3.      This prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age.

4.      You must have enquired, spoken to, and left feedback through our form or Trustpilot from the 1st of January 2024 until the draw date.

5.      In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

6.      The prize draw has a maximum of one entry per individual.

7.      This prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

8.      The prize draw will include those that have left us feedback on either Trustpilot or Google Forms from 1st January 2024 up to 31^st December 2024. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.

9.      In order for us to locate your enquiry, please use the same name provided on the feedback form as you did when filling out our website form.

11.   The Property Buying Company Ltd will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize

12.   The prize will be an Amazon Gift Voucher to the value of £250.

13.   The winner will be drawn at random by collating the names of entrants and using a randomised draw online (https://wheelofnames.com/).

14.   The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

15.   We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

16.   The decision of The Property Buying Company Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

17.   The winner will be notified after 31^st December 2024 via the email on the web form they submitted.

18.   The Property Buying Company Ltd will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.

19.   If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and The Property Buying Company Ltd reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

20.   Please allow 14 days for the delivery of the prize.

Data protection and publicity

21.   You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by The Property Buying Company Ltd for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

22.   All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at info@thepropertybuyingcompany.co.uk.

23.   The winner agrees to the release of their first name to any other prize draw participants if requested via The Property Buying Company Ltd.

Limitation of Liability

24.   The Property Buying Company Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that The Property Buying Company Ltd  does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

25.   The Property Buying Company Ltd does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

26.   The Property Buying Company Ltd reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

27.   The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
