How much will you buy my house for?

So, the question we always get, how much will we offer for your home? It's really hard to say, every property is different and we have no set percentage that we offer, it's based on it's condition, area & many more factors, but if we where to state an average figure of what we generally offer, as an estimate it would be about 80%.

5. Once we have that information we'll send the property to our team of underwriters who will provide a value

6. If you're happy with our initial offer, we'll instruct our Regional Managers to visit the property

7. The feedback from the Regional Manager will allow us to generate a finalised quote

8. If accepted, we'll instruct solicitors and pay for yours and get a RICs survey

9. Once the survey comes back, as long as there are no major surprises, that's it!

10. Exchange & Complete
