We’re growing again! We are looking for TWO ambitious individuals who want to pursue a career in real estate or use their skills in a company that is all about developing YOU.
Working in a vibrant and fast-paced environment, we seek individuals who are resilient, and tenacious, have excellent communication and organisational skills with a knack for resolving problems.
You should also have strong sales experience and be able to build a rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
You should be comfortable working with data, sales, Customer Service, building rapport, and objective handling, Property knowledge is important but not the priority a passion for the property market (if you are not already working in this sector) will speak volumes.
You will be joining a team that is vibrant, resilient and extremely collaborative, both internally and across the business.
Hopefully, you are too! This is critical because you will be collaborating with other departments while also taking your responsibilities seriously as you negotiate the sale of properties on behalf of our customers.
Of course! There will be some administrative work to do as you ensure that completion dates and deadlines for all properties under the scope of this role are met.
You should be familiar in sales and/or have property knowledge
