The Property Buying Company buys property throughout the UK, specialising in quick sales, and exchange keys for cash.

The Sales Support Executive is the first point of contact for vendors and is responsible for assisting the sales teams in processing their new contracts, ensuring their vendors are provided with the information and support they require to enable them to successfully sell us their property.
If successful, you will be required to provide the highest levels of customer service to our vendors whilst remaining conscious of having to meet tight deadlines on all levels.
A major part of the role will be to assist vendors with their client care documents and potentially dealing with tenants & booking liaising with estate agents & surveys to book required visits.
You will be required to chase up our vendors to ensure they have received the client care pack, assist with any queries in relation to this pack to ensure successful completion, and ensure the return of all documents to their nominated solicitor within the timescales required.

Great time management and organisation are essential as you will be expected to manage client files, coordinate internally with your colleagues across all departments and remain calm when communicating externally with our suppliers which includes solicitors, lenders, surveyors, and a range of other third parties.
The role requires individuals to demonstrate that they can pay attention to detail, have an excellent telephone manner, and the ability to overcome objections, which are paramount if you are to be successful.

Hours are: Monday-Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm; Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
