When it comes to Bettermove reviews, it is always wise to look at and take in your reviews from a wide range of sources in order to ensure that you are getting a fair picture of the company. In the case of Bettermove, there are only two sources available for reviews, which are TrustPilot and Reviews.io. 

Bettermove Trustpilot has an overall rating of 4.6, with an overall rating of excellent and 948 reviews. Out of these reviews, 86% are 4 star or above and the other 14% are 3 star and below. 1 star reviews make up 13% of their reviews and all tell a fairly similar story, of being unable to sell their property and having to lower the price and try and sell on the open market. However, their 5 star reviews all praise the customer service and process.  

Bettermove estate agent reviews on Reviews.io has fewer reviews with only 61. They have an impressive rating of 4.9 with only 1 one-star review, however, there has not been a review left for the company in over a year. In the age of misinformation, we cannot always trust what we read online, so it is always best to air on the side of caution. On TrustPilot's website, they warn against false reviews, saying: "Use reviews with other sources and never replace common sense. If a company's reviews are all five stars, with absolutely no negatives, question whether they can get it right every single time." This is not to say that the reviews that have been left for Bettermove on Reviews.io are fake, however, with considerably more negative ones on their Trustpilot, it is odd that there is only 1 on their Reviews.io page. 

Better move do not appear to have a Google review account.

Smoothsale has a 97% 5 star rating, compared to Bettermove's 79%, however, the legitimacy of some of their reviews could be called into question. 

GoodMove 

Good Move are another Leeds-based cash buyer. They claim to have an average sale time of two weeks and to be able to purchase your home in a timescale that suits you regardless of condition or location. 

Much like Bettermove, Goodmove are also a member of The Property Ombudsman and the National Association of Property Buyers. Unlike Bettermove, they are also RICs regulated. 

Good Move reviews are made up of 95% 5 stars and have an overall rating of excellent. 

Quick Move Now 

Quick Move Now also claims like Bettermove to be able to purchase your property in a tailored time frame, regardless of where it is located and the condition that it is in. 

Similarly to Bettermove, Quick Move Now also does not give much information on their website as to exactly how much they are willing to offer for your property and instead prompts you to enquire. 

Quick Move Now are also members of the National Association of Property Buyers and has a 4.2 rating on Trustpilot. 

We Buy Any House 

With an overall score of 4.4 on Trustpilot, We Buy Any House are a cash buyer who unlike its other competitors mentioned here, claims to be able to not only get you an offer in 60 minutes but also to purchase your home in 3 days. 

They do not offer much information about who they are as a company but they do mention that they are members of the Property Redress Scheme.
