I'm actually coming to this industry with no prior experience, well at least not anymore than everyone else that has spent countless hours endlessly scrolling through Rightmove. There's a wealth of knowledge available in the team though and I'm really looking forward to getting involved and learning as much as possible!

I am part of the Sales Support team, so I work directly with our lovely customers, answering any questions about the sales process they may have, and making sure their sale gets processed as quickly and worry-free as possible. Essentially I take all the stress and hassle out of selling your home through the traditional means!

It's got to be how passionate I am about helping others, my whole role is to try and ensure that you have any easy and stress-free sale. From what I've learnt, it's quick to see that the world of property isn't always straight forward and I get genuine enjoyment from being able to transform people's problems into dynamic solutions and help them achieve their sale as quickly as possible.

Although I haven't been here long, I would have to say it's the satisfaction that you get from being able to provide a fast sale to customers, taking a lot of the stress out of a usually stressful part of selling.

It would have to be learning a whole new industry! As mentioned I've never been in property before but I think I've been picking it up pretty well.

Outisde of work I mostly enjoy just meeting up with my friends and having a drink, inviting everyone round for a board game night or exploring as much of England, and Europe, as I can!
